Students in the Early Childhood Education program introduced an author study focused on Eric Carle to the preschool students that attend. Through interactive read-alouds, art activities, and discussions, the preschool children gained an appreciation for Carle's imaginative storytelling and the themes of growth, nature, and friendship in his books!

This morning at the LycoCTC Cafe, our guests experienced a delightful breakfast prepared by our dedicated students. Among the highlights were Banana Foster Pancakes, Short Rib Benedict, and Cannoli Stuffed French Toast. This event not only showcases culinary skills but also emphasizes the importance of hands-on learning in the hospitality industry.
What an exciting Minute to Win It Monday! Our students and staff had an incredible time competing in the Bobble Cup game! It was all about teamwork, laughter, and a little friendly competition!
