January 16th Breakfast Menu
Menu Highlights:
Huevos Rancheros: A cheddar jalapeño biscuit topped with black bean pico de gallo, smoky chipotle aioli, and a sunny-side-up egg for a burst of flavor in every bite.
Banana Foster Pancakes: Fluffy pancakes topped with caramelized bananas, rich brown sugar, butter, and a hint of rum, finished with whipped cream for a decadent, melt-in-your-mouth treat.
Short Rib Benedict: Tender braised short rib served over a savory potato hash, finished with a rich horseradish hollandaise sauce.
Cannoli Stuffed French Toast: Indulge in golden, fluffy French toast stuffed with a rich, creamy cannoli filling and dusted with powdered sugar.
Lyco CTC Platter: Two eggs any style, home fries, bacon or sausage, toast, and a side of fruit.
