Friday, February 28th Lunch Menu

Created for you by Culinary Arts Student, Trent Stahl:

"My name is Trent Stahl, and I am a senior at Muncy. As a third-year Culinary Arts student at LycoCTC, I am excited to present to you a menu I have crafted for your dining pleasure."

The Café will be open from 11 until 2 pm.  We will be offering menu items to go as well. Dine in reservations and to go orders need to be made by Wednesday the 26th.  The dine in reservations do not need to make their food orders prior to the event but to go orders will need their complete orders.

Menu Highlights:

Chicken Mushroom Truffle-10.00

Tomato sauce, Ricotta cheese, white truffle oil, bacon, chicken, shiitake mushrooms, creamy garlic sauce

KOREAN BBQ CHICKEN-10.00

Tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, chicken with BBQ, red onion, Cilantro, green onion, a pinch of red pepper flakes

AUTHENTIC NEAPOLITAN-10.00

Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, plum tomatoes, basil, ground black pepper

TWISTED ROMAN- 10.00

Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Monteray Jack, Parmigiano Reggiano, Italian sausage, sweet peppers, red onions, thyme leaves, oregano

CAPRICCIOSA-10.00

Pesto sauce, Mozzarella, feta, prosciutto, red peppers, shiitake mushrooms, artichoke hearts, black olives, oregano, arugula

PIZZA BIANCA-10.00
